- APRIL 21st, 2015
- On September 18th, 2014,
Mr. Andrew Leung applied for an IKF Approved and
Endorsed Gym. Upon the receiving of his application the IKF Approved him and
placed
Mr. Leung's gym here on the IKF's gym Listings page
and sent him his IKF APPROVED & ENDORSED Gym Certificate.
- After a few weeks,
Mr. Leung contacted the IKF saying he never received
his gym certificate. The IKF sent out yet Another certificate.
- Weeks later,
Mr. Leung contacted the IKF again saying he still
had not received his certificate and filed a "chargeback" demand of
the charges which were on his credit card.
- After having a conversation with the gym owner where
Mr. Leung holds his classes it was discovered that
the address
Mr. Leung gave us was not a valid mailing address,
only the physical gym address. At this time, a 3rd certificate was sent out to
Mr. Leung at the correct mailing address which was a
P. O. Box.
- The IKF received "Official" notification from the Canadian Postal
Service that the certificate was delivered to Box 3241, Spruce Grove, Alberta,
Canada, T7X3A6, on February 19th, 2015.
- The IKF has tried to contact
Mr. Leung to make good on his cancelled credit card
payment, however as of this date (4-21-15) he has not returned any of our calls
and has not returned any of the 3 IKF APPROVED & ENDORSED Gym Certificates
or paid the required fee for them.
- At this time the IKF choose to Revoke
Mr. Andrew Leung IKF Approved and Endorsed gym
certification.
Mr. Leung has now left us no choice but to believe
that he intended to do what he has done simply to attain his IKF Approved and
Endorsed Gym certificate and intentionally planned to defraud the IKF of the
required fees.
